Balmore Golf Club

Balmore golf course was designed by six-time British Open Champion Harry Vardon, laid out in the beautifully mature parkland of Glenorchard Estate.  The sculpted fairways and smooth-rolling USGA-specification greens provide year-round play.  The course also boasts some of the best par 3s in Scotland, which add to the enjoyment of playing golf at Balmore.

Bearsden Golf Club

Founded in 1891, Bearsden Golf Club is one of the oldest clubs on the north side of Glasgow.  The course is unique in the area, being nine holes but with seven alternate greens.  This thinking is influenced in part by the pressures of modern living, which can be offset against the playing time of 18-hole rounds in favour of a faster 9-hole course.

The Bishopbriggs Golf Club

The golf course lies within the boundaries of the original Kenmure Estate, purchased in 1806, with a significant element of policy woodland broad-leaved species oak, ash and beech established at that time still remaining today.  The Bishopbriggs Burn which meanders through the course adds to an enjoyable and challenging golf experience with great views of the Campsie Fells.

Campsie Golf Club

Sitting at the foot of the Campsie Fells, this beautifully-maintained parkland golf course offers a challenge to even the most experienced golfer.  The 18-hole course works its way above the picturesque village of Lennoxtown and offers stunning views over the surrounding areas.  The nature of the slopes and th etricky greens ensure a challenging game.

Cawder Golf Club

Cawder has two excellent courses and a welcoming clubhouse to offer visitors and members.  Just 10 minutes from Glasgow city centre, the peaceful, picturesque setting lets you forget about the busy city lifestyle and lose yourself in the beautiful game of golf.  The natural beauty of the Campsie Fells, surrounded by wonderful woodland, and with the Antonine Wall and Kelvin River meandering through the courses, provides our members with some of the best views any Scottish golf course has to offer.

Clober Golf Club

Situated in Milngavie the course is very accessible from Bearsden, Clydebank, West End and Glasgow.  The course – which measures 4963 yards, par 66 for men and 4514 yards, par 67 for ladies – is a very enjoyable test for all levels of golfers.  The course was designed by George Lyle, the uncle of Open and Masters Champion Sandy Lyle MBE, who is the club’s Honorary President.

Dougalston Golf Club

The scenic 18-hole golf course is perfect – whether you want to improve your handicap, compete against fellow members or just get away from the busyness of life, the course will meet your needs.

Douglas Park Golf Club

The course boasts a beautiful parkland layout situated in Bearsden, a leafy suburb of the city of Glasgow.  The layout has been updated and all the greens have been prepared to allow playable putting surfaces throughout the year.  At 5981 yards, par 69 for Gents and 72 for Ladies, the course sets a fair challenge for all standards of golfer.

Glasgow Golf Club

The 9th oldest golf course in the world, founded in 1787 operates a heritage parkland course at Killermont Glasgow and championship Gailes Links Course in Ayrshire.  At Killermont, on the North bank of the River Kelvin, and just five miles from Glasgow city centre, you can enjoy a manicured parkland course which follows the original line of play to the greensites laid out in 1903.

Hayston Golf Club

Hayston Golf Club is located one mile north west of the town of Kirkintilloch, off the A803, and just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Glasgow city centre.  Well-established in a beautifully mature and secluded setting, it is a hidden gem of a course that welcomes visiting golfers throughout the year.

Hilton Park Golf Club

Hilton Park is the only 36-hole golf club in the area.  Set in acres of rolling moorland, it comprises the Hilton Course and the Allander Course, in which tens of thousands of trees have been planted, providing shelter and adding character to the area.

Kirkintilloch Golf Club

Originally designed in 1895 by golf course design legend James Braid, the 70-par course offers a challenge suited to golfers of all abilities with a relatively flat layout.

Milngavie Golf Club

Warm up at the practice ground, visit the short-course practice area or simply fine tune your putting stroke before heading towards the first tee.  The course offers four measured courses and tees to suit golfers of all ages and abilities.  The wonderful Auchterlonie brothers-designed course, which was later amended by the legendary James Braid, is sure to bring you back to Milngavie time and time again.

Windyhill Golf Club

Windyhill Golf Club is located near the world famous Loch Lomond, and sits at the foot of the Kilpatrick Hills, near Bearsden.  It presents an enjoyable and challenging but worthwhile golfing experience to players of all levels.  Boasting magnificent views over the City of Glasgow to the Cathkin Braes to the south and the Gleniffer Braes on the south-west side of the River Clyde, Windyhill provides a vista few other clubs can equal.
